Teacher Exchange (Pilot)

Teacher Exchange (Pilot)

Over the past months, we spoke with a small number of teachers about their experience of teaching Evidence-Based Management — what feels energizing, what feels difficult, and where support might be helpful. A consistent theme emerged: while materials and frameworks are valuable, what is often missing is space to think with others who understand the context. Rather than design a program, we are piloting something intentionally lightweight.

What is Teacher Exchange?

Teacher Exchange (TEx) is a small, 75-minute online conversation for up to six teachers. There is no presentation and no fixed agenda. Participants are welcome to bring a current question, challenge, or teaching moment they’re wrestling with – but there’s no obligation. At the start of the session, we briefly surface what would be most useful to explore and take it from there. The session is not recorded. The aim is simple: to make it easier for teachers to connect and explore practice in a way that feels useful and not burdensome.

What it is not

Teacher Exchange is not:

  • A training program
  • A supervision or intervision group
  • A certification pathway
  • A formal community of practice

It is a small, contained experiment to see whether this kind of teacher-to-teacher exchange proves useful in practice.

The Pilot

For this pilot, we will hold two sessions for teachers of:

Undergraduate / Early-Career Students
Wednesday 22 April 2026
3pm UK / 4pm CET / 10am US Eastern / 7am US Pacific

Executive / Experienced-Manager Students
Tuesday 28 April 2026
3pm UK / 4pm CET / 10am US Eastern / 7am US Pacific

Both sessions are 75 minutes and held online. Each session is limited to six participants to keep the conversation small and manageable. We will confirm participation by email. If the format proves valuable, we will consider what — if anything — should happen next.
